A Christmas Carol Train Tour

The train stopped here today so G took the morning off so we could go.
It was good for what it was. Very much like the Narnia things they have/had over at MGM. Except this was in a train.
There was a 10 minute preview of the movie, and I have to say it's the best 3D CGI I've seen so far. I'm really looking forward to this coming out.

There was a HUGE storm across Southern Ontario last night. 4 tornadoes touched down. CRAZY weather for these parts. Some of the worst of the storm hit Woodbridge, which is about 15 minutes from the Harvest Moon Hotel. Whoever doesn't believe in global warming has their head stuck in the sand.

19 AUG 2009: Four people have been arrested in a series of busts aimed at stopping the sale of bogus Disney World and Universal tickets. The action was initiated by complaints from tourists who were purchasing the tickets, then being turned away from the theme parks when they turned out to be worthless. Worse than Beverly

I think everyone who has visited Ice Station Cool knows just how rancid the Beverly soda is there. Yesterday I actually fould a soda ( by accident ) that is much worse! Occasionally at the grocery store I will peruse the Goya 12 soda bottles and normally they only have a few flavors but this time they had about a dozen varieties. The Jamaican style Ginger Beer caught my eye. This soda was so awful I would have gladly used Beverly as a chaser. It burned and tasted spicy if a soda can taste...

Yeah, I know it's only Monday, but my weekend starts Thursday and I'm so freakin excited that I HAD TO SHARE!!!

So we are leaving Thursday morning to head to Cleveland for the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame. Staying over Thursday, going to the Hall of Fame on Friday and eating at Blue Pointe Grill (based on Steve's recommendation) Friday night. It just makes no sense.
